How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Aura by Adeel is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at Aura by Adeel without creating an account. However, registering allows you to enjoy benefits such as:
- Tracking your orders and reviewing past purchases
- Saving your address and payment details for faster checkout
- Managing your email preferences and account details easily
How do I create an account at Aura by Adeel?
Creating an account at Aura by Adeel is simple. Click the sign-up button and fill in your details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Once your account is created, simply sign in to start shopping.
How do I edit my details once I have made my account?
You can edit your details by visiting the ‘My Account’ section. Update your billing address, shipping details, phone number, and other information anytime.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, your personal information is kept completely private and confidential. We never share your data with third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
To reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ link on the sign-in page. For security reasons, we cannot send your old password via email.
What payment methods does Aura by Adeel accept, and is it safe to use my card online?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery: Available all over Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready as riders do not carry change.
- Prepaid Options: VISA, MasterCard, and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and completely safe.
How can I choose the currency I pay in?
All orders within Pakistan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International customers can pay in USD, AED, or GBP depending on location.
How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
Nationwide delivery takes up to 5 working days. During sales, it may take 7–8 working days. International orders take 8–10 working days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, Aura by Adeel does not offer same-day delivery.
Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Another customer may have checked out the item before you. Please revisit the site when it’s restocked.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All purchases from Aura by Adeel are insured against theft or damage during transit. Once signed for upon delivery, the order is no longer covered.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For local orders, no extra duties or taxes are charged. International orders may include customs or import duties based on your country.
Does Aura by Adeel ship to multiple addresses?
We deliver to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Before dispatch, we can cancel or edit your order. For online payment orders, cancellation is possible within one week. Once processed, orders cannot be combined or modified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your Order ID and tracking link. You can also log into your account to track your shipment or contact our customer care team.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges or returns under normal circumstances. However, in case of a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our customer service. You may exchange it or receive store credit (minus shipping costs).
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide online store credit of equal value (excluding shipping costs) if returned within 7 days.
There is a fault with the product. What do I do?
In case of a faulty or incomplete product, contact our customer service team. You may exchange it or receive store credit for the same value.
Do you offer a repairs service?
Aura by Adeel offers complimentary repairs for up to one year from the purchase date.
How do I buy a gift card?
Currently, Aura by Adeel does not offer a gift card service.
