Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange in-store or through our customer service team for courier-based exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:

The request for exchange is made within 7 working days of receiving your order.

You provide a valid reason for exchange (e.g., size, defect, or other concern).

The item is in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.

The original invoice is included with the returned parcel.

The product has no signs of wear, odor, perfume, stains, or washing.
⚠️ Note:
Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged.
If a regularly priced item goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the current sale price.
Exchange Approval
All exchange requests are subject to approval by Aura by Adeel’s customer service team.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation message or call.
This exchange policy applies only to orders within Pakistan.
For international orders, exchanges are not available at this time.
💬 Refund Policy:
Aura by Adeel follows a strict “No Refund” policy.
Cashback is not available. Only product exchange or store credit may be offered under specific conditions.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged,

Defective, or
-
Incorrect in size or product,
You must report the issue within 2 working days of receiving your parcel by contacting us via call, WhatsApp, or email and including your invoice.
After reviewing your claim, our team will issue a coupon or credit note equal to the item’s value.
This coupon will be valid for online purchases only and can be used for future orders.
Please allow up to 7 working days for claim review and processing.
